Salary Comparison UK brings those parts into one structured comparison. Its purpose is not to make the decision for you, but to make the financial and practical consequences easier to see before you accept, decline, or negotiate an offer.

The comparison is organised around three principles that keep the result useful and understandable.

Start with the money

Base salary, bonus, employer pension, estimated take-home, and recurring work costs are shown separately so one strong number cannot hide a weaker package.

Keep trade-offs visible

Working hours, commuting, remote work, annual leave, job security, and career growth remain visible alongside the financial comparison.

Explain the result

The calculator uses deterministic rules and shows the factors behind its recommendation. It does not use an unexplained AI score.

Independent and privacy-conscious

Salary Comparison UK is an independently operated website based in the United Kingdom. It is not a recruitment agency, employer, financial adviser, or tax adviser.
